I received a package several weeks ago. My German friend, Mandy, sent it to me by mail. I got a birthday card, bracelet, chocolate, CD, etc.
In the card, she wrote:
Hello Haruka,
Hope you are well and you enjoy your gift.
I am glad we are friends. Hope to meet you one day...
Sending you a big hug and kiss.

Although it was the belated birthday gifts, I really liked the them! I'll send her something in return as soon as possible.....

No, I've never been to Germany but I have studied German when I was in high school. I forgot almost all of my German though.
But I guess I will study it again to meet and talk to her in person. Also, I want to go to Germany!
